Sample Request Policy
At Showerboard, we understand that choosing the right colour, finish, and texture is important. To help you make the best decision, we offer a quick and easy sample request service.
1. Sample Requests
- Showerboard samples are available for £5 per sample.
- You can request up to three samples at a time.
- Please use the “Order a Sample” option on the relevant product page after placing your order, as SplashBax samples have separate sample options and pricing.
2. How to Request Samples
- Visit the relevant product page and click the “Order a Sample” button.
- Alternatively, fill out the Sample Request Form.
- Send your request via email to info@abcd.showerboard.co.uk.
Note: If you need your sample to arrive quickly, please give us a call so we can prioritise your request.
3. Exceptions
- samples are available through the “Order a Sample” button on the relevant product page and are subject to the applicable sample price.
- Showerboard reserves the right to cancel any sample request without prior notice.
- We will, however, always try our best to fulfil your sample request.
